Welcome to CrossFit Sebring, Highlands County's premier training facility.  Founded in October of 2010 by current owner Lisa Celentano.  If you're searching for a safe, effective fitness home, where everyone is treated with kindness and respect, this is your gym!  We are so much more than just a lifting gym. We offer YOGA, BUNGEE FIT, KIDS CF, COMPETITIVE CHEER TRAINING, PERSONAL TRAINING, AERIAL YOGA, ALL HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS TRAINING, ALONG WITH MILITARY & LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING. Whether you are a trainer, gym owner, or just an average Joe or Jill who wants to live the CrossFit lifestyle, it is necessary you master the 9 basic movements below. Learning how to perform them effectively as an athlete or as a coach will drastically improve your personal fitness and your strength, flexibility and functionality. We have implemented this fundamental necessity into our first month of membership. We'd rather you go at your own pace until you get it right than throw you into a mainstream class before you're ready.
