Whether you are a trainer, gym owner, or just an average Joe or Jill who wants to live the CrossFit lifestyle, it is necessary you master the 9 basic movements below. Learning how to perform them effectively as an athlete or as coach will drastically improve your personal fitness and improve your strength, flexibility and functionality. We have implemented this fundamental necessity into our first month of membership.
