The first step of any CrossFit program includes the foundational movements required to fit in with a mainstream class setting. You need to first "graduate" by learning proper technique and basic mechanics, along with the cool CrossFIt lingo we all use! Trust me, no one has ever failed, but without proper form and guidance, you run the risk of injury and plateauing to a point where you cannot gain strength or change.
FOUNDATIONS is personal training and mandatory for all new members. Once fulfilled, you qualify to become an UNLIMITED member at a substantial savings!
