 RULES:  "CHIP" away at each movment until complete.  You MUST finish a strength movement before advancing to a 200m RUN or ROW and you MAY NOT combine 2 cardios or strength moves back to back.

30 WEIGHTED Walking Lunges
200m RUN
12 Back Squats 
200m ROW
10 Decline Push Ups
200m RUN


5 Tire Flips
200m ROW
10 Tricep Dips
200m RUN
10 Burpee Lateral Jumps
200m ROW
30 Ab Mat Sit Ups
