15 Minute EMOM

5 Wall Climbs
5 Frog Squats
10 Accordian Crunches



An EMOM stands for EVERY MNUTE ON the MINUTE.

Your goal is to complete the entire round of all exercises in a minute or less.  If you do, you rest until the clock shows :00 again and you earn a point.  

NO POINTS for failure to complete a round in :60

GOOD LUCK!!  These are tough, but reWarding.....Ya'll can do it!!
