Remember everyone, scaling any workout is not only ok, it's encouraged. Best way to learn better technique/safety is to slow down, lessen the load, listen to your coach and progress with confidence!
5 rounds, each for time, of:
20 handstand push-ups
30 deadlifts (95/135 lb.)
Rest precisely 3 minutes between rounds.
