WOD:  
STATION 1:  SINGLE LEG DB DEADLIFT
STATION 2:  KB SQUAT
STATION 3:  SPIDERMAN PUSH UP
STATION 4:  MED BALL BENCH CRUNCH

CARDIO STATIONS IN BETWEEN EACH STRENGTH STATION
