Lisa Celentano, Owner/Trainer
Lisa opened BusyBODIES Fitness in 1986 and has been an Owner/Trainer for 30 years and counting. She has trained Air Force Cadets, Police Academy recruits, been a collegiate basketball strength coach, and assisted as a high school baseball fitness counselor. She was introduced to CrossFit by a childhood friend, tried her first class and was hooked. Became a CF affiliate and launched CrossFit SEBRING in the small central Florida town of Sebring in 2010.
Group Fitness is her specialty and she introduces progressive and challenging programs to her own gym, along with local gyms and organizations in the area.
In addition to the CrossFit Sebring, Lisa founded a give-back event called the
Dirty Dozen Mud Run http://www.ddozen.com/
Hosted by CrossFit Sebring and benefitting military and 1st responders, this event has raised over $20,000.00 since it's first run in 2011. Held at the historic Sebring International Raceway on Veteran's Day weekend, the event draws thousands and is good, clean fun!!
Lisa splits residency between Florida and Montana where her husband Jeff and two sons, Grey and Gus, own and operate a small Fitness Resort in the Rocky Mountains specializing in CrossFit, hiking, rafting, fly fishing and Mediterranean meals...and flat out FUN!

Hi, My name is Amy! I was introduced to CrossFIt when my sister came to visit and asked for a CrossFit gym to work out in. The second I put weight in my hands I was hooked! I love the variety and challenges I get daily with CrossFit! My background as far as health and exercise includes nursing with certifications in safe and effective medical weight loss and a long history of running... mostly cross country and as of recent years Ragnar relays.
I'm super excited to work with such dedicated and fun crowd at CrossFit Sebring and appreciate the warmest of welcomes!
