Commit to a Month of Yoga and Become a Better CrossFit Athlete

Handstand push-ups, muscle-ups, deadlifts? No problem. But downward dog, penguin pose, warrior? No way. Most people, especially those considering themselves athletes, never practice yoga, dismissing it as a luxury for people with lots of time on their hands or for "old" people. 

Incorporating yoga into your training program WILL improve your flexibility, mobility, and ability to focus.

 

 

WOD:

WARM UP:  8-10 minutes of Basic YOGA
SKILL:
  Hang Clean

SKILL PRACTICE:  Hang Cleans 5-5-5-5-5
