It's been a dedicated week to "The Girls!" here at CrossFit Sebring!
Some of us broke records, others set records..but we all acheived the great feeling of BETTERING OURSELVES through hard work!!

Most of us aren't stretching enough, and rushing right to the WOD....so today...we're going to warm up a little longer and flash back to a few of our tried and true middle school gym calistenics!!
